Led by A—SPACE founder and meditation teacher, Manoj Dias, this beginner’s meditation course will integrate the best of science and philosophy to help you create and sustain a meditation practice in 21 days. Supported by 3 weekly sessions, guided audio files, and an online community, this is designed for anyone that is new to meditation and mindfulness, or for those looking to sustain a more regular practice.

A 10-day foundational course to help you learn how to truly love not only the people around you, but also yourself. In this course, we’ll explore the messy and magical aspects of our intimate relationships – whether that be platonic or romantic. And we’ll lean on both ancient techniques, as well as modern psychology and science to better understand who taught us how to love, and what stories we tell ourselves.
